             Pakistan International School Jeddah-English Section is seeking bids for the purchase and removal of surplus equipment and miscellaneous "as-is" items. These items are no longer required for school operations. The objective of this RFQ is to ensure a fair, transparent disposal process.

 

Scope of Work

1.  Description of Items

            The items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties or guarantees. Major categories include:

 ·        Furniture: Broken or outdated desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and shelving units.

·        Maintenance: Used appliances, scrap metal, and miscellaneous hardware.

·        Mixed "Junk" Lots: Boxes of miscellaneous items, peripherals, and educational materials.

          Note: A detailed inventory list and photos are attached to this posting as Appendix A.

Commercial Requirements


1.  Terms and Conditions

 1.        "As-Is" Sale: The School makes no claims regarding the functionality or safety of any items.

2.        Removal: The winning bidder is responsible for all labor and transportation required to remove items. Items must be cleared within 02 business days of payment.

3.        Payment: Full payment is required via Cheque/Electronic Transfer on the name of School – Details will be provided.

4.        Right to Reject: The School reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they do not meet the minimum reserve price.

Submission Instructions

All proposals must be submitted through the vendor portal before the deadline. Late submissions may not be considered.

Vendor Registration Required: You must be a registered and approved vendor to submit proposals for procurement requests.
