Annual Maintenance Contract -Generator

                         The school invites quotations for the annual maintenance contract (AMC) of its standby diesel generator.
                 As the generator is critical for emergency power supply, the contract must ensure reliability, preventive maintenance, and quick response, while considering the low annual running hours.

Generator Details

Preventive Maintenance

• Minimum 02 preventive maintenance services per year, based on low generator usage
• General inspection, testing, and operational readiness checks
• Lubrication, tightening, calibration, and system health checks

Mandatory Inclusions

The quoted contract must include the following at no additional cost:

• MTS (Manual Transfer Switch) support
• Fan belt
• Coolant
• Battery

       Since the generator has minimal annual usage, the contractor is expected to compensate through inclusive coverage of essential consumables.

Additional Maintenance Scope

• Fuel line inspection (once per year)
• Fuel tank cleaning (once per year)
• Functional testing under load conditions

• Breakdown call response time to be clearly mentioned in the quotation
• Emergency support availability required

 Quotation Requirements

       The quotation must clearly state:

• Annual lump-sum price (target expectation: reduced cost considering low usage)
• Breakdown of included services and consumables
• Confirmation of included items (MTS, fan belt, coolant, battery)
• Quotation validity (minimum 30 days)
