Supply of HP Printer Toner Cartridges
Please note that the School has extended the bid submission deadline for the Supply of HP Printer Toner Cartridges until 15 October 2026.
Vendors who were unable to participate in the initial bid submission may now submit their bids in accordance with the instructions and procedures specified in the RFQ.
Technical Proposal: Sealed separately.
Commercial Proposal: Sealed separately.
Both sealed envelopes must be placed inside one larger sealed envelope.
The submission must be made in accordance with all requirements stated in the RFQ.

Please note that this is the final extension. No further extension of the submission deadline will be granted.
Vendors are requested to ensure that their complete bids are submitted before the above deadline.
Qualified vendors and registered contractors are invited to submit competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of HP printer toner cartridges for school operations.
All quoted toner cartridges must be 100% genuine HP cartridges, factory-sealed, and defect-free.
