What the School Is Buying:-
This is a rate agreement, not a fixed monthly retainer. The School appoints one contractor, fixes the rates for twelve months, plans the visits it needs each month, and pays for the visits actually completed and signed off. No minimum number of visits and no annual value are guaranteed.
● All labor, supervision, transport, chemicals, baits, bait stations, sprayers and foggers, consumables, PPE and reporting are included in the quoted rates.
● The School provides site access, water and electricity from existing points, and an authorized representative to accompany the technician and sign the service report.
● No mobilization charge, no standing monthly fee, no separate material charge and no advance payment.
● This agreement is not renewed automatically. It ends on its expiry date unless both parties sign a written extension.
Method, Chemicals and Child Safety
● Work follows an integrated approach: inspect, identify the source, recommend proofing and sanitation improvements, and use targeted baiting or treatment rather than routine blanket spraying.
● Gas fumigation is not permitted anywhere on this campus. Fogging or misting means controlled application of approved liquid formulations only.
● Every product must be legally registered and authorized for the intended use in Saudi Arabia. Product name, active ingredient, registration details and current SDS must be listed in Form A and kept at the Admin Coordinator's office.
● Products are applied strictly to label requirements for dilution, ventilation, PPE and re-entry. Unlabeled, expired, undeclared or substituted products are prohibited and end the agreement immediately.
● Rodent bait may only be placed in locked, numbered, tamper-resistant stations recorded on a site plan. Loose bait, open trays and unsecured glue boards are prohibited anywhere on the campus.
● No pesticide, bait or equipment may be stored on School premises between visits without written approval.
● Technicians must be trained and authorised for the work, in company uniform with visible identification, equipped with correct PPE, and accompanied by the School representative at all times.
