PISJES requires 350 single student armchairs with an integrated writing tablet for Senior School classrooms (ages 14–18), assembled on site by the supplier and ready for classroom use on the day of handover.
Each bidder should preferably offer two suitable chair models for technical and commercial comparison. A bidder offering one fully compliant model may also participate, so the School can compare build quality and price before deciding. Annexure A on page 2 shows the standard expected; equivalent models are welcome.

Price and Payment
● The unit rate must include everything: chair, transport, offloading, on-site assembly, tools and fixings, and removal of all packing material. No separate delivery or assembly charge will be accepted.
● Show the price excluding VAT and the VAT amount separately. Payment is made within 30 days of delivery, assembly and written acceptance. If an advance is required, state the amount and reason; the School is not obliged to accept it.
● Late delivery: 1% of the contract value per week of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
