Job Description

The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations by handling documentation, staff requests, data entry, and communication. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes, accurate records, and timely support for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

Assist the HR Department with daily operations, including documentation, data entry, staff support, and other tasks assigned by HR. 

Requirements: 

  • Workload & Endurance
  • Able to handle high workload during peak HR periods
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Technical Skills

  • Medium‑level Excel skills. 
  • Good word processing skills for HR documents.
  • General computer literacy and comfort with HR systems. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of basic HR policies.
