“Teacher Assistant in Early Years”
Support the classroom teacher in daily lessons, assist students individually or in small groups, help maintain a safe and organized learning environment, prepare teaching materials, supervise students during activities and breaks, and contribute to classroom management and school events as needed.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
Master’s degree is an added advantage
Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for working with young learners
